Electricity and generators: All lots have underground electricity connected to the island electricity grid. Majority of homes on the island solely rely on the island electricity company for the power, with few exceptions having additional local generators. Power outages are rather rare.
Septic tank: Each lot have separate septic tank designed and build according to the Roatan’s regulations and common standards
